“ This has become one of our favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious. The portions are more than generous. My husband and I usually share a meal, but if you want a smaller portion, they have "little bear" meals as well. The servers are so kind. Tonight, Esme was our delightful server. She was patient while we studied the menu extensively. She checked back with us numerous times, keeping drinks filled and asking if we needed anything else. This is one of the cleanest restaurants we've been to. Both dinner and breakfast never disappoint! ”
“ The Black Bear Diner is a great place to refuel as you travel. With traditional diner vibes, affordable prices, and a friendly waitstaff (shout out to pur server Destiny), yout won't find a better respite from a long drive. The diner is attached to a TA gas station with clean bathrooms and many items to meet your travel need. 10/10 recommend stopping here and grabbing a bite to eat. ”

“ The staff appeared to be shorthanded when we stopped by to get a bite to eat. The staff that had been present were very friendly even though they were pretty busy. They did a great job keeping up with the people that were there dining as well. My husband ordered a chicken fried steak and I ordered their regular bacon breakfast. It did take a hot minute for us to get our food after our order was put in because they cook to order it is not pre made. Food was very abundant, fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!! Way worth the little bit of wait time. We will definitely dine here again if we pass back through the area ”

“ We stopped and ate at Black Bear on the way to Colorado and on the way back. The Classic Benedict was delicious both times. My husband had “The Grizz” and loved it. The waitresses and hostess were extremely nice and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They hustled the entire time we were there. My only comment to the management would be to please hire some busboys to help the waitresses and hostess out, because they were having to bus tables on top of how busy they were already. Overall, a great experience both times and we will be back. Thanks! ”
